Smash Battles!

Less talk! More action! The primary means of defeating your enemies in Super Powered Smash Masters is the SMASH BATTLE!

One of the primary ways to defeat rival heroes is to attack them with smash cards. Just place a smash card in front of your attacking (active) hero and announce which rival hero you are attacking. If they can’t counter your attack with a smash card of their own, they are stunned. (If they are already stunned, they are defeated!) If they counter, it’s back to you. Now you must counter their counter with another smash card or you’re the one getting stunned. See how this works? Simple right? You can have up to 25 smash cards in your deck, and with battles like these, you just might need them all!

Team-Up Cards are a second type of smash card. If you have two active heroes you can introduce a team up card into a smash battle at any point to up the ante. Now, if your opponent loses, they are not just stunned, they are defeated! Hurray for teamwork!

There are lots of ways to stun and defeat enemy heroes in the game, but nothing beats a good ole’ smash battle to get the blood pumping.
